Stone country house between land and sea

Charming Breton stone country house located near Plancoët (6 km) and 20 min drive from the beaches of St-Cast-le-Guildo and St-Jacut-de-la-Mer. Ideal for an authentic stay in the countryside, with family or friends, with beautiful walks and swimming to discover the Côte d'Emeraude (from Cap Fréhel (21 km) to Cancale (45 km), via Dinard (30 km) and Saint-Malo (35 km). You will enjoy the calm, evenings by the fire in winter and barbecues and grills in summer. The space The house can accommodate up to 8 people. It can be rented for a week during school holidays or for a minimum of 2 days outside school holidays. Here are the details of the rooms in the house: 3 bedrooms with double beds + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are located upstairs. 2 shower rooms (shower) and 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate Living/Dining room Fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven (rotating heat), gas hob, toaster, Senseo coffee maker + classic coffee maker and kettle. A raclette, fondue and wood-fired grill in the fireplace are also available. Laundry room with washer and dryer available. 2 bathrooms are at your disposal. The first is on the ground floor and the second is upstairs. Semi-detached on one side, the house has a closed courtyard at the front and a garden with lawn and swing at the back. The pretty fireplace that decorates the living room works. You can use it if you want, but we don't provide firewood. Deckchairs, chairs and garden table as well as a barbecue and umbrella are at your disposal. Cleaning fee of €50 upon request. Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels. Here are the dimensions of the sheets to be provided for each of the rooms, which are all equipped with duvets and pillows: - bedroom double bed number 1 and bedroom double bed number 2: sheets 190 x 140 cm - bedroom with 2 single beds number 3: sheets of 190 x 90 - bedroom double bed number 4 (the largest bedroom) sheets 200 x 160 cm. Possibility of providing sheets in case you forget: 7 euros per bed. Guest access Entire house, no shared equipment. The house is fully accessible except for the attic in which we store personal belongings. Garden with lawn behind the house and gravel courtyard enclosed with small terrace, garden furniture, barbecue in front of the house. Other things to note We don't provide linens (sheets and towels). The nice fireplace that decorates the living room works. You can use it if you wish, but we do not provide firewood. We can provide you with a crib, changing table, baby bath (Ikea) and high chair.
