The space Cooee Surf House is a 450 m² villa surrounded by one hectare of nature in the astonishing Apulian countryside full of olive trees, eucalyptus, Mediterranean bush and iconic dry stone walls. It’s located in North Salento nearby Lizzano, in the province of Taranto, between the town and the Ionian Sea with its amazing crystal clear waters. Thanks to our convenient location it’s really easy to reach and enjoy all the most beautiful and interesting places of the region! We have recently renovated and furnished a part of our wonderful villa in order to create a cozy apartment where we offer hospitality to our guests. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay: a bedroom with parquet flooring, a living room with a kitchenette and a fridge, a private bathroom, an indoor and an outdoor shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and a large private parking. Our guests can also relax outside, on the beautiful veranda and in our huge garden. Cooee Surf House is not a shared accommodation so, staying with us, you will have all the privacy and tranquility you want for your vacation and at the same time the security that comes from not being completely isolated as we live in another area of the same villa and we can help you for any need.
