Recently restored hardwood floors to their original beauty. Sleeps 4 comfortable (2 queen beds). *this is the upstairs unit of a duplex, while it has separate HVAC’s it does share the main entry door with the downstairs unit. We ask that all guests are respectful and keep the noise down. Since it is a duplex there is always a potential for noise. If you are sensitive to that, please do not book this space* *We have multiple exterior security cameras to monitor for parties and who enters the units. One is outside the house to monitor the driveway, one is in the hallway outside the entry door to the 1st floor unit, to monitor who enters that unit, one is in the stairwell outside the entry door to the 2nd floor unit to monitor who enters that unit. The cameras are always on.* *ac is only available in the summer and early fall months due to the typically mild temperatures in spring* We host pets in both units so you may hear another pet or encounter one during your day. Guest will have access to the entire space except for the second floor front and back patios, which are locked for safety reasons. All of the space is yours to use privately however you like, we ask that you respect and clean up after yourself prior to leaving We are available from 9a.m. to 9p.m. to talk on the phone. Or if it's outside of those hours just message us in the app and we will respond as quickly as possible. Only Minutes away from the Airport and Downtown (Quicken Loans, First Energy Stadium (Browns), Progressive Field (Cleveland Indians) The Rock & Roll hall of fame, Jack Casino. 2 Miles from Edgewater Beach, about 2 miles to Gordon Square, the West Side market and Ohio city are also right down the street. Less than one mile from Rays mountain bike park!! 6 Miles from downtown and 6 miles from airport, both are about a 10$ Uber/Lyft during normal rates. We are a short drive to Downtown Cleveland to see the Browns, Cavaliers, Lake Erie Monster, Cleveland Orchestra, and West Bank of the Flats. We are also a short drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. People choose to stay with us over Hilton, Holiday Inn, Marriott, Wyndham, Embassy Suites, Extended Stay Hotels, because you get so much more value and space with us. Please take shoes off when you enter. We have a fun basketball game, but please be respectful and be done playing it by 9:00pm. We allow pets in both units in this house. Your pet may not be the only one in the house or using the backyard. Please be aware of that before booking. NO PARTIES! We have free street parking and free driveway parking.
