Lusso (Italian for luxury) is a boutique holiday home in the heart of the King Valley. It offers accommodation for eight people in a two-storey lofted home that is walking distance to the wineries and the local pub. The property is fully self-contained, with three king size bedrooms, a fold-up sofa bed downstairs with an ensuite to the master bedroom, whilst the remaining two upstairs bedrooms (option of two king singles or king bed in one bedroom) feature a large bathroom. Lusso KV is a special home and is designed and styled for relaxation and your enjoyment not for large groups. Strictly no pets or animals Strictly no smoking inside Only accommodates a max of 8 people per night The secure electronic front door entry code will be texted to the nominated mobile number prior to your arrival. Accommodation Sleeps 8 Weekdays – Monday to Thursday nights Weekends – Friday to Sunday nights – minimum stay 2 nights Minimum stay 3 nights during public holiday weekends Minimum stay 3 nights during December/January school holidays, Xmas period Minimum stay 3 nights during festival weekends - La Dolce Vita and Weekend Fit for a King – Full rate charged @ $750 per night Stay 5 nights or more and receive 15% discount (excludes school holidays, Public Holidays and La Dolce Vita weekend) Any damage that is incurred as a result of your stay exceeding $50 Extra bedding or linen which has been used over the number agreed for the booking Extra cleaning @ $50 per hour, if furniture has been moved and not replaced, dishwasher/dishes not clean, or the house is reasonably not in the condition it was upon your arrival.
