It has 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk in shower. Internet works by a highspeed glassfiber WiFi. From your private terrace you will enjoy gorgeous side sea views with an inside and outside dining and relaxing space. The very modern kitchen is fully equipped with a drink water filter, washing machine and plenty of all the appliances you could need. It´s windprotected and has a private underground parking. THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION. The property has a safe and a big warm water boiler for your maximum comfort. As all our rental properties the fee includes bed linen, towels, beachtowels, hairdryer an an ironing kit. We advise that this property on the 2nd floor has no lift. We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN. WE ADVISE THERE COULD BE NOISE DISTURBANCES BECAUSE OF THE BUILDING'S FAÇADE RENOVATION. PENDING OF THE KIND OF LEVEL OF DISTURBANCES, WE WILL REFUND UP TO MAXIMUM 20% OF PAID RENTAL. WE STRICTLY ADVISE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH EFFECTIVE NOISE DISTURBANCES AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THEM. The base price is for two guests.
