The space On the first floor of the house you will find the comfortable and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a WC. From this level there is access to a spacious balcony, offering a refreshing atmosphere and beautiful sea views, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. On the second floor, there are three large and spacious bedrooms, all designed to ensure a comfortable stay. All three bedrooms feature double beds, while one of them also includes an additional bunk bed with two single beds (upper and lower), making it ideal for families with children. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a washing machine. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies, while the third has a large window providing plenty of natural light. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Special attention deserves the outdoor area, which our guests truly love. The large courtyard and the well-maintained garden, filled with beautiful flowers and plants, create an ideal setting for relaxation. The outdoor space features a large gazebo with a wooden table and seating, as well as a built-in BBQ, perfect for meals and evenings with family or friends. The sea is approximately a 2-minute walk away, offering easy and direct access for swimming at any time of the day. For guests’ comfort, the house is equipped with four air-conditioning units—one in each bedroom and one in the living room—as well as insect screens on all windows, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. In the outdoor area, in addition to the courtyard and garden, there is also an outdoor shower, ideal for a quick rinse after returning from the beach. On the ground floor of the building, there is a separate and fully independent apartment, with a different entrance and no shared spaces, where the owner may reside from time to time. This presence is solely related to welcoming guests and providing assistance if requested, such as help with using the BBQ or recommendations for dining, activities, and the surrounding area, always with full respect for guests’ privacy. Guest access The house is located at Kakoudia Beach, in a quiet area, approximately a 5-minute drive from Ierissos. The property is easily accessible by car, with parking available nearby. This location is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful seaside setting, while still being close to Ierissos, where shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are available. Ierissos can be reached by bus from Thessaloniki or Kavala, where there are international airports and frequent bus lines.
