Ground floor: Entrance, large fully equipped kitchen, dining room 1 floor: living room , queen bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with shower 2 floors: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 and 1 bedroom bed 140, toilet Fans in each bedroom and a mobile air conditioner. Baby cot Umbrella ( with mattress and mattress cover) , highchair , are available. Hair dryer, pharmacy 1 emergency, ironing board, stretcher ,iron. Essentials ( coffee, sugar pod, toilet paper, etc.) Bed linen, bathroom , tea towels are provided . The cottage has no courtyard but is located right next to a park and a river . Possibility to drop off your bikes in a shared courtyard. Please note that the cleaning fee is not included in the rate, it's up to you to choose this option. Two nights minimum are required. Enhanced cleaning protocol, books, board games , bedspread removed in order to comply with current safety standards, mattress covers and disposable pillowcases. On the day of your checkout, for the safety of your host , be kind enough to remove the bed linens. NO extra guests.
