The house, consisting of a main part and an adjoining studio, offers a space of 160 m2 open to a covered terrace overlooking a large garden. Without neighbors, the house is located in a very quiet environment on the edge of a forest full of hiking trails. You can easily travel throughout the Périgord thanks to quick access to the main communication routes (Périgueux or Bordeaux train line 1.4 km away and A89 5 km away) If you want to rest in the countryside and enjoy the silence and healthy air of the countryside, you will enjoy a very quiet environment to recharge your batteries while enjoying many local services (markets, shops, supermarkets). And for your well-being, we have provided various activities in the house for children (Playmobils, Kapla, board games, books, comics, DVDs, WII and games with 3 controllers, trampoline, swings, slide, hut in the garden) The house offers direct access to forest walking paths, accessible by mountain bike. But if you prefer to cycle without technical difficulty, the Vallée de l'Isle greenway bike route is 1 km away. A little further, 20 minutes away, you will enjoy the swimming pond of La Jemaye and its very pleasant trails. THE SPACE You will appreciate the volume and calm of a house perfectly suited for 11/12 people. With its 4 bedrooms and an independent studio communicating with the rest of the house, everyone can easily have a well-separated private space. Created in 2021, the brand new studio has a second oven and an additional 95-liter fridge. No access to the garage Other things to note - Check-in and check-out times are flexible only if the accommodation is available before and/or after your stay. If necessary, simply determine them in agreement with the host. CLEANING: - Cleaning is not included in the rental price and must be done before your departure: products, wipes, vacuum cleaner and Spanish broom will be made available. However, we will do our best to keep you safe by disinfecting frequently touched surfaces after each guest. - To benefit from a cleaning service: request it before booking to obtain a rental proposal including the corresponding fees (€120). It will still be the responsibility of the tenant to undo the beds and gather all the linen used, empty the garbage and do the dishes. We also ask that the premises be treated with care, leaving them in good condition. - Reservation of 14 privileged nights in July and August.
