The Bird & Bough apartment near Zion Nat'l Park is a unique & artsy space! It will be a super comfy place to call "home base" for your group of up to 6! 2 private bedrooms, a pull-out sofa sleeper & a Murphy bed offer a variety of sleeping options. As well as a compact kitchenette, you'll have a grill to use on your private balcony. The bathroom is a "wet room" covered totally in tile w/ a modern shower area & a deep tub. Come relax after your adventures in Zion in a space unlike any other! The space The property, originally owned by our grandparents JR & Mavis, has evolved a lot over the years and is in an almost constant state of change & improvement. We hope you enjoy the captivating whimsy of this place that we love so much. We're happy to share it with you! Thanks to our central location, we are just a few minutes walk away from almost everything in Springdale! Guest access The Bird & Bough is a part of the main house on the property. It is a true apartment - it has its own entrance & is separate from the rest of the main house and other rental spaces. The balcony just outside the front door is perfect for your morning cup of coffee or tea, grilling up a "home away from home" cooked dinner, or simply taking in the amazing views of Zion National Park that surround us. Our guests also have access to the large backyard & garden, a variety of outdoor seating areas & fire pit. The shared laundry room is on the north side of the main house. It is complimentary & available for our guests to use anytime! Other things to note In this unit we *do not* allow animals. We keep this space free of animals so that we're able to provide a safe, hypoallergenic space for any guests with animal allergies. We do, however, have several other units where animals are welcome! If you're looking for something animal & pet friendly, please feel free to reach out to us and we can provide you with the links to those spaces. Due to various circumstances involving the location of the property, the internet connection can sometimes be a bit unpredictable. We are in a valley almost completely surrounded by tall hillsides, steep slopes and 2,000 - 4,000 ft. cliffs and peaks. From time to time, we also have incredibly spectacular rain & thunderstorms, and while these are usually awesome to witness, they can cause issues with the internet service, create power outages & cause flash flooding.
