In one of the most picturesque villages on the Amalfi Coast, Minori, you will find this small and exclusive vacation home nestled in the ancient village of S. Lucia. The house is spread over three levels. The ground floor, a small but very cozy environment, has an entrance, a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped wooden staircase that leads to the intermediate floor. Here is the living area, kitchenette and bathroom, a sofa bed for one and a half, a table with 4 chairs. The space My home is perfect for young couples, singles, small groups of friends, and families with children. Guest access My guests have access to the entire property. Due to Covid 19, we have taken extra hygiene and safety measures. The apartment is divided into 3 levels: ground floor with bathroom and single sofa bed, 2nd floor with queen-size sofa bed, 3rd floor with double bed. Other things to note To reach the apartment you do not need a car, but if you have one you can easily park it in a private parking lot near the house. The cost varies from 15 euros to 20 euros per day, and you have to book it beforehand. You can also book a transfer to and from the airport, contact me for a quote. From January 1, 2023, the accommodation tax will be 2 euros per person per day. The price includes water, electricity and gas costs and free internet throughout the apartment. Check-in and check-out outside the established time will result in an extra charge of 30 euros.
