INSIDE SPACE... The lower floor of The Pendarves is all about relaxing and enjoying the view of the bay. The open plan living and dining area has large French doors that open out on to a stunning balcony and fill the whole room with light. A modern fitted kitchen sits at the rear of the room, ensuring no one is left out of the family fun, even if they are cooking up a storm! This floor is home to a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath, perfect for a hose down after the beach. Follow the staircase up to the second floor, where you find two charming bedrooms. The master sits at the front of the house, with an ensuite shower room. Sit up in bed with your morning coffee and enjoy views out to the ocean and beyond, and sleep with the windows wide open to hear the Atlantic waves crashing against the cliffs. The cosy twin room is at the rear of the property and houses two single beds tucked under the eaves, a perfect den for the kids!! OUTSIDE SPACE... Accessed from the living area and making the most of the breath-taking sea views, the Pendarves has a wonderful balcony on which to eat, relax or just enjoy the sun setting over the bay. Guest access A private holiday home, guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note LINEN... Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. PARKING... The Pendarves has allocated parking for one car within the gated Ocean Blue complex. ACCESS... Access to the property is at the rear of the building and into a communal hallway. A flight of stairs leads to the front door, and once inside there is a further flight of stairs to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located (limited head height). Both flights of stairs are switchback in design and have handrails. EV CHARGING... It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.
