Le Moulin, a nature cottage between the sea and the forest

Welcome to the Gîtes du Bulz, in a former paper mill nestled in the heart of 2 hectares of nature, with no neighbors other than our family and the 2 other cottages on the estate. Forest, river, pond, animals and walking paths make up a peaceful environment where everyone can slow down at their own pace. The Moulin is perfect for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends, close to Morlaix Bay and the Monts d'Arrée. The space Le Moulin is a former paper mill measuring 82 m², converted to accommodate up to 5 people. It is a warm and comfortable cottage, suitable for a getaway for two, a family vacation, or a stay with friends. You have your own enclosed private garden, two terraces and an outdoor area with a barbecue. Inside, the living room with fireplace is a particularly pleasant place to gather after a day spent outdoors. The gîte includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and double sink, three sleeping areas, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A 2-hectare estate to discover... Le Moulin is part of the Gîtes du Bulz, a small estate surrounded by 2 hectares of forest and nature, with no other houses nearby. The estate is shared with 2 other lodgings and our home. Each has its own private space, but you are free to enjoy the shared natural areas and stroll at your own pace. A river runs through the estate, and a pond, with its small jetty, allows you to pause for a few moments by the water. Two Adirondack chairs are set up there: a pleasant spot to read, have a coffee, or simply enjoy the calm. Nature in full bloom... The estate is also home to 2 goats, 2 sheep and chickens. The animals are part of life on the estate and can be observed during your walks. They are particularly popular with children, but they simply contribute to the natural atmosphere of the place for all guests. Children also have games and books in the cottage. Go for a walk directly from the estate... No need to take the car to start a walk. A loop of about 10 km starts directly from the Gîtes du Bulz and allows you to discover the paths and landscapes around the estate. You can also simply enjoy the nearby paths for a shorter walk, and then return to your cottage in peace. The sea and the Monts d'Arrée... Le Moulin makes it easy to combine nature and exploring Finistère. The beaches of Morlaix Bay are about a 15-minute drive away. You can also discover Île de Batz, Île Callot, or Château du Taureau. In the opposite direction, the Monts d'Arrée offer wilder landscapes and many hiking opportunities. The areas of the Moulin... The vacation rental is arranged over two levels: On the ground floor: * Living room with fireplace and wood provided * Dining area * Fully equipped kitchen * Bedroom with 180 × 200 cm bed * Bathroom with shower and double sink * Toilet Upstairs: * Bedroom with 160 × 200 bed * Bedroom with 90 × 200 cm bed The beds are made upon arrival. You also have Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, a barbecue, and a private covered shelter for your car. For families with young children: safety gate at the top of the stairs, baby bath and high chair on request, as well as games and books. The end of stay cleaning is included. To share, to explore, or simply to enjoy... At Le Bulz, everyone can enjoy the estate in their own way. A hike, a day at the beach, some reading time in an Adirondack chair, an evening by the fire, a walk to see the animals, or simply a few hours doing nothing. The Mill is your private space; the nature around you is there to be discovered and shared. Guest access You will also have the advantage of being able to enjoy the large garden of 2 hectares where you will find relaxation areas and where your children can feed the goats, visit the sheep, chickens and ducks… Other things to note Optional: - Breakfast, - Late checkout. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome booklet with a wealth of information, leaflets made available by the tourist office, the opening hours of bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants... We provide you with a covered shelter for your car or motorcycle. The cell phone network is random. We therefore provide you with a landline with unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles of all operators in metropolitan France.
