The space Let me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: - One bedroom on the ground floor & one bedroom on the first floor - The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - Both the rooms have a “5x6” bed and can accommodate up to 4 people each with an extra bed (extra mattresses would be provided) - Rooms offer a very scenic view of the lush green surroundings and the Godavari Lake - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms COMMON AREAS - There is a living room that offers a TV. - It gives an unrestricted view of the Godavari Lake. - There is a spacious open dining area at this property. - The villa has a huge private lawn. - The lawn can comfortably accommodate up to 15-20 people hence, making it ideal for events and large gatherings - Guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak in the private jacuzzi, at no additional cost. Bathrooms: - The villa has 2 attached bathrooms. - The bathrooms provide geysers, towels and basic toiletries. Dining Area: - There is a spacious open dining area at this property. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, crockery and a water dispenser. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. Guests can order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal options on an à la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests can also choose to order in food or take away from the Grape Country Resort. - Please inform about meal preference in advance and allow minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date. -Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Lawn: - The villa has a huge private lawn. - Lawn can easily accommodate up to 15-20 people hence, making it ideal for events and large gatherings Guest access - Guests have access to the entire villa. - There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. Other things to note Home Truths: While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vi work fairly well. - Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members. - Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around. - The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, it will depend on the type of pet and the breed of the pet. - The property features an open dining area. - There are CCTV cameras present at the property that capture the outdoors, open dining area, and the pathway for security purposes. - This is a pet-friendly property. An additional charge of Rs.1500 will be levied per pet, per day. - The stay is a part of the gated community. - Guests can park their vehicles at their own risk, on the premises of the property. Pet Policy - This is a pet-friendly property. However, it will depend on the type of pet and the breed of the pet. - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. - Pets will not be allowed inside the Jacuzzi or around the Jacuzzi area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. - An additional charge of Rs.1500 will be levied for per pet, per day. Other Things to Note: - The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests only. - Pets are allowed on the property. - Parking space available for 2 cars. - There is a medical kit, mosquito repellent available at the villa. - On prior notice bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
