Close to restaurants, shopping, bars, golf courses and less than 5 miles from Oporto. 14878/AL The space The building is on a prime location, right across from the ocean in Salgueiros Beach. This is a second floor apartment, with a garage for one car. In the entrance, there is a corridor, with a full body mirror. To the right we encounter the living room, with fireplace, sofa with relax system, two rotating chairs, TV and dining area with table and chairs. The balcony has a good area, chaise longue and excellent ocean view. To the left of the entryway there is a full bathroom, followed by an ample kitchen, with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and the usual general utensils. To the left of the kitchen there is a corridor, for access to the two bedrooms, both with built-in closets. One bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined into one king size bed. The other room has a private bathroom, with bathtub. An extra person is allowed, but only single floor mattress is available, which can be set up in the suite or in the living room. Other things to note City tax paid in cash, as it is not collected by Airbnb for the city of Vila Nova de Gaia (2.5€/night/person from April 1st, 2024) All hosts (hotels, apartments, etc), including us, are required to submit Accommodation Bulletins for all non-nationals to Immigration (SEF) within 3 days of check-in.
