Casa do Pico Arde - White Apartment

Casa do Pico Arde belongs to our family for over 200 years and was restored and adapted for tourism purposes, in the form of a "Villa". The house has magnificent rural arquitectural characteristics from the 17th and 18th centuries and its location means easy access to several points of attraction in the island as well as amazing and peaceful views over the both sea and mountain. The Villa has 4 separate apartments (one is the White). Internet speed: 93.5 Mbps The space Integrated in Casa do Pico Arde, the White Apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen (with sink, stove, oven, fridge, microwave and main kitchen utensils) and porch. It is perfect for up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids (the 3rd person or the kids would sleep on the sofa bed). Guest access While having their own sanctuary at the White Apartment, guests can also enjoy the main communal areas of Casa do Pico Arde. Taking a walk on the garden, going for a swim on the pool or reading a book on the deck while watching the sunset are some of the activities that this house can offer. The house is restricted to guests. Free parking is provided on site. Other things to note Check in: 3 pm Check out: 11 am Cleaning: For stays of 1 week there is no cleaning service. For stays of 2 weeks there will be one clean, usually on the middle of the stay. Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests.
