LA MICCIA, Private Suite with HOT TUB

LA MICCIA is a beautiful centuries' old apartment that will enchant you with its traditional features: stone walls all over, ceilings in red bricks, original pavements in "cotto" toscano,... you will be captured by the fusion of antique and modern style, like the hot tub in the living room!!! and mostly you will fall in love with the atmosphere of this small Tuscan village. Non touristic, Pergine Valdarno, will show you its everyday life and everyone will make you feel welcome! The space La Miccia is the perfect nest for couples, a romantic getaway in the suite of a medieval hilltop town. Entirely private apartment, with independent entrance, this large space used to be the barns and stables of the house above, Casa di Vignolo (the vineyard's workers) and located in the main piazza of this little town. By entering the house you are right into the kitchen and dining room. The small kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, oven, cooker with 2 gas hobs, toaster, coffee machine, teapot, ... and of course a table with chairs to enjoy your home cooked Italian meals! We provide basics such as coffee powder, sugar, salt, locally made olive oil, vinegar and little snacks. Also dish soap and washing machine soap are part of the equipment. Following to the next room a door to the main bathroom of the unit with shower. You will certainly notice the large main room, arched ceiling, hosting the living room: a hot tub is located right in front of the fireplace on one side, and to the back a sofa with a large screen streaming TV standing up on the barn. The hot tub stands in front of the fireplace (we provide wood). The sofa (a double sofa bed) is in front of the TV, with Netflix and Amazon Video. WiFi available. The poster bed dominates the room with its white curtains... two nights table, a clothes hanger and an old mirror decorate the room. From the living room, after only two steps, there is a very romantic and cozy bedroom with a double poster bed and bright window. The bedroom has a bathroom en suite with shower and a laundry room. Both the daytime bathroom and the en suite bathroom have large showers, a sink and toilet. In both bathrooms you will find a courtesy set with shampoo, bath shower gel and hand soap made with Extra virgin Olive Oil. Towels, shower carpet and hairdryer are also provided. A door to the store-room with washing machine, iron and iron board, drying rack, and cleaning tools and products is located at the end of the en suite bathroom. Guest access If you like to discover local life, this is for you. The village has everything you need: there are the shops, the cafe, the public garden, the everyday life of the locals - it's true and it's typical. Very quiet and calm place, with very welcoming people, stunning views and typical products: olive oil is highly produced here and very famous for its production. Excellence also in wine and cheese. A very authentic and quiet place in Tuscany, ideal to rest and yet very central to move around the main visiting sites of the region: Firenze, Siena, Arezzo and all their lands! Other things to note Any damage to the property or excessive dirt will be deducted from the security deposit. In case the premises are left in critical condition, an additional cleaning fee of €25/hour will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled cleaning time, with prior notice and documented evidence. Additionally, a €50 charge will apply if guests fail to dispose of their trash. Rental price includes: Linen, towels, table and dish towels, tableware and cutlery, use of Hot tub, electricity, gas, water, use of the laundry equipment, wood, baby cot and roller bed for children.
