The Villa is located on the beautiful island of Aegina, close to the picturesque harbor of Souvala. It is just 50m from the sea and 10 minutes on foot from an organized beach . The house is suitable for a couple , family. It has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds converted into 1 large double bed, 1 bathroom, living room with 2 armchairs converted into 2 beds, kitchen, swimming pool, hot tub, fireplace, heating, air conditioning, parking and garden. Ideal for rest and beautiful moments of relaxation. The space The villa is located in one of the most beautiful islands of Greece, Aegina. Aigina is the first capital of modern Greece with a very beautiful harbor, with the famous temple of Aphaia (the sculptures of which are in the Museum- Sculpture of Munich), the Medieval castle town of Palaionas, its archaeological museum in Kolonas, the Centuries-old Eleonas and the Church of St. Nektario. Aigina with its rich light is an inspiration for many artists who lived and live on the island such as Kazantzaki, Moralis, Vassilias, Kapralos, Koundouros and others. The villa is located just 15 nautical miles from the port of Piraeus and is connected with very frequent fast boats (flying dolphins) and ferry boats. It is located in an estate of 3000 sq.m. and is surrounded by olive, pomegranate, almond, fig and pine trees. The traditional fishing harbor of Souvala is just a 10-12 minute walk away and the sea is just 50m away. Tavernas, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and bars are located in Souvala and the town/port of Aigina only 15 minutes drive. The villa is about 60m^2. It is ground floor on a single level and there are no stairs to travel in the space as well as access to the swimming pool. The villa consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and an open-plan living room. In the living room there is a fireplace, TV and air condition. The villa has a terrace overlooking the pool and the garden lit with subtle lighting in the evening. At the back there is a private and comfortable parking.
