Guest access Guests are welcome to use the backyard during their stay. The vineyard and front garden are part of the property's landscaping and are regularly maintained throughout the season. Due to a steep staircase leading to the lower garden and a level difference between our property and the house in front, these areas may present safety risks. Therefore, they are not accessible to guests. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Important Information & House Rules • Maximum capacity is 3 guests. • The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. • An extra daily fee applies for additional guests. • Guests are provided with 3 keys: apartment door, building entrance, and street gate. The street gate is locked at 22:00 for security; guests can enter later using their keys. • For safety and order, please keep all doors closed. • For stays longer than 7 nights, fresh bed linen, blankets, towels, and pillowcases are provided on the 7th day (replacement is done by guests).
