Stones throw from Lassen's Organic Market and the paddle boats at Echo Park Lake. A spacious room with a Hollywood Hills view in a charming 2 bedroom 1940s duplex with hardwood floors throughout. Close to DTLA, easy access to all major LA freeways, a calm retreat in the epicenter of LA's Eastside action. The space Charming 1940s bottom floor duplex home on a quiet residential street smack dab in the heart of Echo Park. Spacious private bedroom with it's own separate private entrance and a Hollywood Hills view. The room is bright and airy, with lovely diffused daylight from windows on 3 of the 4 walls, and ample closet space. Fully furnished and equipped with a queen sized bed, the room will comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Free Wi-Fi, towels and essential toiletries provided. Small dogs are welcome with an additional fully refundable $25 deposit. Echo Park lake at the bottom of the street 3 minutes away by foot, walking distance to the local farmers market, all the nightlife, restaurants, bars, groceries, and all the shopping you might desire . Street parking only. No laundry on site, however there is a laundromat just around the corner. The bus is the most convenient public transport from here, the bus stop at the Echo Park blvd & Sunset Blvd intersection no more than a 2 minute walk from the house. The nearest metro stops would be Union Station -a straight shot 2 miles down Sunset Blvd to the east. The Vermont/Sunset metro station is about 2.5 miles to the west.
