Another apartment Sunwell apartment II, Novalja, Gajac, Zrce is situated on the first floor of the villa, and it is possible to rent both apartments at the same time, if available. By booking both apartments, you get the villa which can accommodate 12 people. Each apartment separately has a capacity of up to 6 people. About Sunwell apartments I: The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) large closet and a private exit on the terrace. Second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm), a large closet, and a view of the terrace and pool. The living room has a couch with an integrated mattress (160x200 cm) for two. The living room leads on one side to the spacious dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a big shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. On the other side, it leads to the terrace. The terrace has a hydromassage pool and a bioclimatic pergola, a solar shower, a large lounge area equipped with a lounge set and loungers, and an outdoor dining area for 6 people. Terrace also has a large grill on wood and charcoal and an electric grill. You will love the apartment because of the outdoor and indoor space, the neighborhood, the ambiance, and the people. The apartment is good for couples, families with kids, and groups. The apartment is situated 100 meters from the local beach, 2 km from the famous beach Zrce, and 3 km from the town Novalja. The nearest restaurant is only 70 m from the apartment, which works during summer season. Gajac has a long promenade along the beach with beach bars. The promenade leads to the center of Gajac with the local food market, shops, restaurants, and ATMs, and on the other side to more secluded beaches and trails for outdoor activities.
