Apartment with bedroom, kitchen, shower/toilet, parlor

In the middle of hiking and skiing area Bündner Oberland (Surselva). Ilanz, Laax, Flims, Obersachsen, Chur, Vals and Brigels...all close by as well as three passes (Lugmanier, Oberalp, Gotthard) The space The apartment is located in the paterre of our house with living room, bedroom, shower/toilet and fully equipped kitchen which are only used by our guests. Guest access Garden can also be used. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer that are available to our guests. Other things to note There are three Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs living in our home next to us.
