You can easily reach Matala beach (10 km away), Komos beach (9 km away) or even Agiofarago Gorge (15km away) and Kali limenes beach (15km away). Some more interesting places to visit in Mesara is the Festos Minoan archaeological site (4km away), the Museum of Cretan Ethnology (6km away), the Archaeological Museum of Mesara(11 km away). Please keep in mind that there are no mini markets in Kouses village, the nearest one is about 1,5 km. One last detail is that the kitchen has a different entrance than the rest of the apartment.
