Cottage in Erie

***No Cleaning Fee*** Complimentary coffee, creamer, tea & Pancakes with syrup. The house sits on Hidden Creek and connects to Lake Erie. A perfect get a way for a couple or a small group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch. The space Only 7 minutes away from Luna Pier Beach! This cottage is tucked away on a private, dead end street. You will feel like you are secluded in nature but also a very short drive away from the city. Everything you need is a short drive away. There are 3 grocery stores 5 minutes away. Every fast food restaurant is 5 minutes away. Very fast access to hop on the highway. Guest access ***There is only room for 3 cars to park in the driveway. You are only allowed to park in the driveway. There is no street parking in my neighborhood. Do not park on my neighbors property*** You can use everything on property except my tool shed. Other things to note ***Luna Pier Beach is great for swimming and enjoying the sun. Only 7 minutes north. The water is very shallow for a long ways out. Great for staying cool and soaking up the sun*** The game room/garage is not air conditioned or heated. I do provide 2 fans. I do not provide space heaters. In the past I did provide space heaters but my guests would leave them on after check out, which is a huge fire hazard. Both bedrooms are small. They both have drawers and closets to put your clothes in. The fishing is great back here. I highly recommend kayaking out, dropping a line and relaxing. This is my home. I live here when the house is not booked.
