This space was recently renovated and is furnished with vintage decor and modern amenities. It is located in Historic Kenwood with easy access to nearby beaches or downtown. If you prefer to explore closer to home, you'll be just 8 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment of the Grand Central District on Central Ave. The space We recently renovated the space including the bathroom and kitchen. It has been thoughtfully decorated with vintage and antique furnishings creating an old world vibe. Lots of warm wood tones and curated art round out the space for a comfortable and relaxing stay in this St. Pete retreat! A newly finished side patio provides some space outside to enjoy. You can relax under the 100 year old avocado trees with your morning coffee or something a bit stronger during happy hour. ***The interior space is ready for your enjoyment, but we are still working to beautify the entire property including the exterior. You may see us around with a paint brush or landscaping outside during your stay. Also, please note that there is no cable television. We do provide beach essentials for your visit. These items include towels, chairs, an umbrella, and small cooler. Snorkeling gear is not included. Guest access The apartment is part of a duplex. Guests will have one half of the building entirely to themselves. The other half of the building is also rented. There is an electronic keypad and a code will be sent prior to check in. Other things to note Check-in time is 3pm or later. Check out time is noon. These times can be flexible depending on guest staying before or after your stay. Please let us know your estimated arrival and departure times. We will message you with detailed instructions on how to access your apt a day or two before your arrival. Wifi information will be on the cart when you enter.
