Roe Valley Cottage (with bookable LA Spa Hot Tub)

Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed & a single bed.Linens/towels provided.Lounge has an electric fire but can be an open fire on request,TV, DVD/video player internet access & games console. Kitchen includes a Rayburn stove & dishwasher. Utility provides washing machine, fridge freezer & microwave. Bathroom has a WC, sink, bath & separate shower cubicle. Outside is a patio area , bookable Spa Hot tub (extra charge)& large garden. Cottage has oil fired central heating. The space We accept one small well behaved dog. The house is on a farm and there is access to the River Roe. We are two miles from the Roe Valley Country Park. There is an additional £20 cleaning fee for anyone bringing a dog due to past experiences. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden to rear of property.
