Neviano is a quiet village in the center of Salento, 10 km from the sea. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, 100 square meters, and consists of an entrance, living room with kitchen, two large rooms of about 25 square meters each, a bathroom of 15 square meters and a beautiful terrace of 35 square meters. The space The house is located on the first floor of a fully owned building, in the center of the village. It is a 100 sqm apartment consisting of entrance, living room with kitchen (equipped with all the dishes and cooking utensils), two large rooms of about 25 sqm each (linen for rent), a bathroom of 15 sqm (linen for rent) and a beautiful terrace of 35 sqm. Basically the number of beds is 6, but given the size of the rooms and spaces available, it is possible to add a bed with a sofa bed in the living room for a total of 7 beds. In order to comply with security regulations, guests are required to present the ID of at least one of the participants in the stay. WI-FI available. Bedroom/bathroom linens are not provided. There is a paid rental service of: - 6 Euro person/living room bath linen; - Bedroom linen for 9 Euro Person/living room. Please inform us in advance if you intend to use the service. Guest access In addition to the independent and direct access to the house, guests will have the option to access your garden (part of it is intended for car parking) and from there you can go out and reach a fully equipped supermarket about 30 meters away with affordable prices to buy all the necessary goods for your stay. Other things to note Neviano, immersed in an enchanting scenery typical of the Mediterranean scrub among the olive trees, just a few kilometers from the renowned, beautiful and exclusive beach resorts of the Ionian and Adriatic coast with equipped beaches and crystal clear sea. In particular, you can easily reach 10 km, the Ionian coast and the town of Rivabella with a beach about 3 km long, but also Gallipoli, Santa Maria to the bathroom, and just north to the natural park of Porto Selvaggio and Punta Pizzo. Within a 30 km radius you will also reach the destinations of the Adriatic Riviera, Otranto first of all, with the nightlife and the ancient historical monuments, but also Santa Maria di Leuca surrounded by the luxurious Liberty villas and the main cities of art such as Galantina, Lecce, with the refinement of its Baroque, and the village of Specchia.
