Charming, bright duplex studio, renovated and tastefully decorated in the heart of Bénodet. Located on the 2nd floor of a former hotel, it offers a lovely view and direct access to shops, restaurants and the Monday morning market. The beach and the pier for the Glénan Islands are just a stone's throw away! Ideal for 2 adults (and 2 children aged 6+), it comprises a living room, fitted kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. Wi-Fi and free parking. The space In 2019, we completely renovated and combined these two studios within a former hotel that had been converted into accommodation. This project was a real pleasure to work on! What immediately appealed to us was the sea and river view and, of course, the ideal location: right in the heart of Bénodet and just a few steps from the beach. Guest access The entire duplex studio is available for your use. Other things to note The accommodation is designed for 2 adults and can accommodate 1 or 2 children aged 6+. The sofa beds are very comfortable, but if you are 2 adults and would like separate beds, please specify this when booking. The staircase is a steep ladder-type staircase: it can be quite difficult for people with reduced mobility and is not suitable for children under 6 years old. The hot water tank is small but operates continuously. After a long shower, it may be necessary to wait a while before taking another one. Wi-Fi is available.
