L'Alizé, air-conditioned cottage 10 km from La Rochelle

L'Alizé, a little slice of paradise rated 3★, is an air-conditioned vacation rental adjoining our house, with a separate entrance, private terrace and garden. It includes an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, visually separated from the living room. A second bedroom is available for 4 guests. Pool shared only with us. 8 km from the entrance to La Rochelle, 11 km from the train station and 14 km from the Old Port, for a quiet stay between the city and the ocean. The space L'Alizé is a fully equipped, air-conditioned vacation rental that allows you to travel light. It has a full kitchen, living room with large screen TV and sofa bed for two people, as well as a cozy sleeping area with 140 × 200 cm double bed. Linens and towels are provided for this main space. For reservations of 4 guests, a second bedroom with a private shower room is available. For sheets and towels, you can bring your own, or we offer linens for the second bedroom for 13 euros. It can also be opened for a 3rd guest with a supplement of €15 per night, for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Outside, you can enjoy a private 80 m² garden, a 15 m² furnished terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, located on our side of the property. We live there and remain available if needed, while fully respecting your peace and quiet. Guest access You have independent access to the accommodation, as well as a fully private garden and terrace. These spaces are separated from ours by plants in order to preserve your peace and privacy. The pool, located on our side of the property, is also accessible to you and is shared only with us, your hosts. Other things to note Breakfast by reservation On Saturday and Sunday, we can bring you breakfast between 9 am and 10:30 am. It includes 2 pastries, bread, orange juice, and a hot drink. Price: €12 per person. Please book in advance. Second bedroom For a reservation of 4 guests, the second bedroom with private shower room is available. Bed linen and towels are not included in this room: you can bring your own or choose the linen option for €13. For 3 guests wishing to use both bedrooms, a surcharge of €15 per night is requested, for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
