Welcome to Fairlane #6! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The Fairlane apartment building has been a staple of the Capital Region International Airport for over 40 years. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the third floor of the building. We had a blast setting this one up. We hope you like it :) The space Features of the apartment: - 3rd Level unit - 2 bedroom ( 2 queen) - 1 Bathroom - 1 Full kitchen - Dining Area - 55" Roku Tv in Main Room - High Speed Wifi - Coin Laundry Wash on garden level Guest access Guests have access to the entire space, including the shared washer and dryer on the first floor storage room. Other things to note -The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor. -Extra towels and sheets available on request. We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site. *We are not responsible for items left behind* *We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*
