Twenty minute downhill walk to the city with free, secure parking within our walled courtyard. Own patio area with pond and seating for alfresco dining. Split level open plan living with spiral staircase, full kitchen, shower and dining table. Great base to explore Bath and all the surrounding areas, Stonehenge, Wales, Wells and Glastonbury are within an hours drive. The space This pretty cottage is set in a private courtyard shared only with the B&B (Devonshire House B&B) owners and family, who live across the way. Accessed through a wooden gate, it has its own patio area and private parking space. Laburnum cottage is reached through a stable door into the fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dining table and chairs. A bright shower room is on this level. The living area has a sofa, smart tv and docking station. Split level, this bright and airy cottage has a spacious feel, with a spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom area (with sloping ceiling) and wc. Guest access The cottage is all yours, as is the patio area, the courtyard is shared with us, but we only use it rarely, a private parking space comes with the cottage. Other things to note The cottage is set off a main road into Bath, so access is great, but it is not a rural location.
