This home is located about 5 minutes drive from Tralee, 5 minutes from Castleisland and 20 minutes from Killarney and 40 minutes scenic drive from Dingle.There is a local shop (open 7am to 7pm) and pub within 10 minutes walk and a local gastro pub within a 3 minute drive. Ballyseedy Castle and Ballyseedy garden centre are approximately 7 minutes drive from the house. Also in close proximity is Gleann na Ginte woods, where there are 3 suberb walking trails. . The space The house was constructed in 2010, it has both gas and solid fuel central heating and both the living room and sitting room have wood burning stoves. Fuel is supplied should you feel like a cosy night in front of the fire. The N21 runs to the rear of the house but the road serving the house has little traffic and is very popular with walkers. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a supply of spare linen and towels. There is good wifi throughout the house and tv's one with a Roku device with Netflix connection. The house has four bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with two single beds. Can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Guest access Entire house and garden.
