The home comes fully furnished with: (a) 55-inch 4K Ultra-HD TV with AmbiLight feature; (b) Dining ware and kitchen utensils; (c) 5-seater sofa set; (d) 6-seater dining table; (e) Refrigerator, microwave and oven; (f) Kitchen stove and cooker hood; (g) 8kg washing machine; (h) Outdoor garden BBQ pit; and (i) Outdoor and indoor water filter system for all your cooking, washing and drinking needs. Wi-Fi and Mahjong is provided *All bedrooms, including the living hall and dining area, are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. Other things to note To help us with delivering the best possible experience to everyone staying in the home, we will need you to observe the following house rules during your stay: (a) The house is to be kept clean at all times. Should it be found dirty upon checking out, we reserve the right to impose a cleaning fee of RM100. (b) BBQ is only allowed outdoors. Please wash all utensils and kitchenware after use. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of RM200 will be imposed. (c) Steamboat is recommended indoor. Please wash all utensils and kitchenware after use. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of RM200 will be imposed. (d) Please note that smoking within the premise is strictly not allowed. A fee of RM200 will be imposed for violating this rule. (e) Please switch off all the lights and air conditioners when not in use and when checking out of the accommodation. (f) If you have shifted any furniture during your stay, please shift them back to their original positions before checking out. Otherwise, a fee of RM200 will be imposed for violating this rule. (g) use all items and facilities with care. Should any item in the house be found damaged or missing, reparation and/or replacement costs will be charged to you accordingly.
