Baldauf Apartment

The Baldauf apartment offers its guests light-flooded rooms and a feel-good atmosphere on one floor. The covered terrace with lounge and dining set opens up a breathtaking view of the mountain panorama of the front Bregenz Forest. The location right on the slope of the Rotenberg lets you experience nature up close and invites you to take a hike directly from the front door or a leisurely walk to the town center, which is a 10-minute walk away. The space In the lovingly furnished apartment you can enjoy comfort, tranquility and relaxation throughout your stay. The necessary privacy is ensured by the separate entrance on the first floor. A staircase leads you directly from the apartment to the garden, which is available for your exclusive use. Here you will find a seating/dining set, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. A playhouse with a slide and sandbox awaits our little guests. The garden invites you to romp both in summer and winter. Take advantage of the ski boot heater in the specially available ski room in summer for your hiking boots and in winter for ski or cross-country ski boots. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, with the double bedrooms equipped with a smart TV and the bunk bedrooms in the lower sleeping area can also be used by 2 people (sleeping area of 120 x 200). For our little guests, we are happy to provide baby travel cribs and high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a "pod coffee maker." Guest access The apartment has a separate carport, which is available to guests for 2 vehicles. The entrance to the ski room is right next to the entrance door and allows you to store up to 4 bicycles in summer. The garden area can be reached directly from the apartment (through an external staircase). Other things to note In summer, the Bregenz Forest and Great Walsertal Guest Card is available to our guests from 3 nights for free to use various mountain railways and outdoor pools. In winter, free use of the Grenzland cross-country ski trail, which is only 700 meters away, is included.
