The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen. The space Small (60 sqm), surrounded by greenery and tranquility and close to the tourist destinations of Lerici, Portovenere, Sarzana, Versilia and Cinque Terre reachable by train (Santo Stefano di Magra station three kilometers from the house) or by car in about half an hour. The outdoor space, for your exclusive use, is very scenic and equipped; in addition to the wood-burning oven and barbecue, there are armchairs, sun loungers, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. For those who love challenges, we provide a ping pong table. The kitchen and other elements of the house are brand new to offer maximum comfort.
