A detached seaside residence on a 1.5-acre plot in front of Pounta Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the northern Peloponnese. Just 3 km from the local market of Diakopto where the starting point of the famous Odontotos train is located and 300m away from the famous beach bar of the area "Corral" The space The house with a total area of 150sqm consists of 2 levels with 3 bedrooms in total, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub - whirlpool. On the floor - attic of the house (30sqm), which communicates with the living room through a wooden staircase, is exclusively the master bedroom with a king size bed, its own separate wc and private balcony with excellent views. The other two bedrooms of the house are located on the ground floor on the front side of the building with balcony doors that provide direct access to the terrace and the garden. One consists of a double bed, the second of two single beds, while both bedrooms have garden and sea views. The imposing living room is able to comfortably accommodate all visitors as it consists of a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa bed and a large comfortable armchair, all around a marble carved table and in front of the fireplace. Other things to note The house has well-maintained insulation and is particularly cool during the summer months. As mentioned in the amenities, it does NOT have air conditioning but each bedroom has its own fan (the master bedroom of the attic has a ceiling fan above the bed). The road leading to the house (about 200m) is a rural road and for the most part a dirt road. At the beginning of the road there is a closed turn and it is possible that caravans and trailers will not be able to cross it. Cars, Station wagons and even small vans have no problem.
