On the floor - loft of the house (30sqm), which communicates with the living room through a wooden staircase, is exclusively the master bedroom with a king size bed, its own separate wc and private balcony with excellent views. The other two bedrooms of the house are located on the ground floor on the front side of the building with balcony doors that provide direct access to the terrace and the garden. One consists of a double bed, the second of two singles and both bedrooms overlook the garden and the sea. The imposing living area is able to comfortably accommodate all guests as it consists of a three-seater couch, a two-seater sofa bed, and a large comfortable armchair, all around a marble carved table and in front of the fireplace. Other things to note The house has thoughtful insulation and is special cool during summer months. As mentioned in the amenities it DOES NOT have air conditioning but each bedroom has its own fan (the master bedroom of the loft has a ceiling fan above the bed). The road leading to the house (about 200m) is a rural road and the largest part of the dirt road. At the beginning it has a closed turn and it is possible that caravans and trailers can't cross it.
