Romantic detached cottage with large veranda

You can relax in our beautiful detached, fully furnished nature cottage. It is located on a quiet country road, surrounded by old oaks overlooking our (sheep) pasture. A cozy wooden veranda on the south-west, fully covered and heated with 2 wall heaters. So you can always sit outside and enjoy the beautiful skies and setting sun. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Due to the electric fireplace and floor heating, the house is also very suitable for the winter period. The space The house has windows on all sides. In the cozy living room, the colors are well coordinated, good chairs and cozy lighting. No TV available (WiFi is available). Beautiful, sturdy wooden staircase to sleeping loft, with double bed (2 separate mattresses) of 2.20 meters long, electrically adjustable head and foot end. In the living room, there is a double (sofa) bed, making the house suitable for 3 or 4 people (at an additional cost of 20 euros pp/pn). Ample parking space, with charging point for the car, free WiFi. Bikes can be stored indoors and charged. Well-equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and oven. Bathroom with shower and fixed sink, separate toilet. Bedding, kitchen linen and towels are provided. Also available: various herbs, toilet and kitchen paper. Guest access You have access to the entire cottage and veranda. We live in the farmhouse next door (sufficient distance, so plenty of privacy). Other things to note There are no bicycles available, but you can rent them in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in Zutphen or Eerbeek). The price does not include tourist tax (€1.86 per person/per night). This can be paid on site (cash or transfer to bank account).
