Small 14 Unit beach front condo on the Beach in N. Myrtle Beach. The space Gorgeous Oceanfront condo located in North Myrtle Beach with awesome ocean views, just step across the dunes and you are on the ocean. Our one-bedroom unit includes a cozy kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Also included is off the street parking for 1 car, outside beach shower, and there is a washer/dryer on the premises. This is a second-floor corner unit, it is a non-smoking no pets unit suitable for two to three. This is an amazing location that is surrounded by small buildings which allows you to enjoy the beach without the crowds, a rare find even in N. Myrtle Beach. Included is the linen for the queen bed, we also supply one set of towels for the bathroom. If you intend to use the full size futon, you must bring your own linen for that. Beach items such as towels, chairs, and umbrella are not included, please bring your own. There is a temporary storage area for the beach items at the N/E entrance to the building, please remember to bring them home when you leave. Winter rates: $70.00 per night Summer & Holiday rates: up to $159.00 per night Our minimum stay is 3 nights except if there are 1 or 2 nights between bookings. Travel Insurance: We would suggest you look into purchasing travel insurance should you need to cancel your trip for any reason.
