The apartment is perfect for a short stay or even a long-term rental. The space On convenient 44 sqm you will find everything you need for your stay. Equipped for 2-3 people, there is a bedroom with 180 cm double bed & enough space to set up an extra children's travel bed. In the living & dining area you will find a well equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. There is also a 140 cm wide sofa bed. In the small bathroom you will find a large shower. Towels, linens & a base of consumables will be ready for you upon arrival. In the hallway, there is a room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, cleaning utensils and everything else you need for a longer stay. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential & business building. You share the entrance area & hallway with two other units. The key for check-in is stored in a key safe near the front door. You will receive the current code by email some time in advance. Other things to note In about 80-100 m distance there is a small train station with passing people and freight traffic. Most trains are very quiet and hardly noticeable - some (possibly also at night) could be heard with the window open.
