Location...location...location! This is a tradotional house right at the sea-side, traditionally furnished with unique character. Stunning sunrise, peacefull evenings and a clean, calm, deep blue sea right infront of the house. The space This is the oldest house in the area with great history behind it. Τhe guest(s) will have access to the 1st floor of a 2 floors house all to themselves. This consists of a dinning/bedroom (combined), two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a second toilet. The visitors can enjoy their breakfast at the back of the house where there is a pebble courtyard/patio under the shade of vine leaves. In the afternoon and the evening the visitors can enjoy their coffee or their drink at the front balcony with the magnificent sea view. The ground floor is occupied by the owners. The two floors have separate entrances and are independent to each other. The location is ideal if you are interested in trecking or simply enjoy a relaxing, restful break. The view is priceless and breathtaking! Guest access The visitors will be staying on the 1st floor of the 2-floors house. The ground floor is occupied by the owners. The two floors have separate entrances and are independent to each other. Access to the 1st floor is via an external staircase consisting of 15 steps. The property is approximately 200 - 250 meters from the parking area. Visitors must cover this distance on foot by walking along the beach. Other things to note 1. The ground floor is occupied by the onwers. 2. The house is approximately 200-250 metres from the parking. Visitors have to walk this distance via the pebble beach.
