Cozy apartment, 7 min tram ride to the Old Town

Bright and cozy flat next to the popular Kalamaja district is sunny and surrounded by greenery. NOT IN THE CITY CENTER- 7 min tram ride to Old Town, 5 min to Railway Station, 45 min to airport. A few tram stops away is Telliskivi Loomelinnak with all it’s amazing cafes/restaurants, interesting happenings and a market. 3 min walk to a shopping center with a grocery store . 7-15 min walk to Seaplane Harbour, Noblessner Harbour, Kalamaja Park. Precise description in "Getting around" section. Apartment has one large room with a king size bed and a living room area with a sofa. There is a large desk with necessary equipment for comfortable business travel. Towels, sheets, blankets etc. are provided. Apartment has it's own high speed 100/100Mbit/s wireless internet, HD TV with digital channels. Use of washing machine and ironing facilities are available. Kitchen is fully equipped, coffee, tea and sugar are provided. Whole apartment is at your disposal. We are available in case you need help with anything via messaging or phone call. If you have any special wishes, please let us know in advance. We will do our very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very nice, quiet and green area. Lot of cafes and bakeries around. Bus stop is in front of the house and the tram stop is 3 min walking distance away. There is a shopping center with different restaurants, stores and a large grocery store just a walking distance away. Kalamaja Park with children’s playground, Seaplane Harbour, Noblessner Harbour are also close by. Free parking is available in front of the house (please note the signs). Parking behind the house is not for free. With tram it is : 5 min ( 5 stops ) from railway station ( start Balti Jaam, stop Angerja ), tram no 1 and 2. 10 min ( 9 stops ) from city center ( start Mere puiestee, stop Angerja ), tram no 1 and 2. 19 min ( 13 stops ) from Bus station ( start Bussijaam, stop Angerja ), tram no 2. 42 min from Tallinna Lennujaam station ( start Tallinna Lennujaam with tram no 4 until stop Hobujaama, take tram no 1 or 2 until stop Angerja ). There is a shopping center called "Arsenali" 3 min walking distance away with a grocery store called “Selver”. It is open until 23.00. All the places below can be reached with both trams 1 and 2. Walk to tram stop called "Angerja". When you’re facing the street and take 1 stop to the right with tram (you can also walk) and get off at “Sitsi” station, there is a bit bigger grocery store called “Rimi”. It is open until 22.00. When you’re facing the street and take 3 stops (station “Salme”) to the left with tram there is a nice pub called “St Vitus”. If you walk past that to the left you will reach another “Rimi” store and if you walk past “Rimi” to the right on to Telliskivi Street you can see a lot of places to eat or hang around at. It is called “Telliskivi Loomelinnak”. You can reach the market when you take the tram to the left and get off at station “Telliskivi” or “Balti jaam”. You can also walk to the Old Town from Balti Jaam and there are 2 nice places to eat on both sides of the “Telliskivi” station. 1 is called Boheem and the other “Apelsini Raudtee”. If you wish to get to the city center, just take the tram to the left and get off at “Mere puiestee” or “Hobujaama”. You can also walk to the Old Town from there. Apartment is freshly renovated, house and staircase are clean. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment building. The apartment is not intended for social events.
