This beautiful vacation home has been expertly renovated in full compliance with conservation criteria and with the utmost quality rigor, in order to offer a very comfortable villa that reflects, at the same time, the most authentic Apulian stylistic canons. The interiors, furnished with fine furniture and in a rustic style, consist of a central body and an annex. The central body is divided into two areas. The first area includes a living area with a very special open fireplace, sofa, armchairs and a large LED TV; a dining area; a well-equipped stone kitchen; a bathroom with shower, serving the living area; a double suite with an en-suite bathroom; a single bedroom with a French bed (one and a half square) and overlooking the pool area; a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined if needed); a bathroom complete with a bathtub, serving the two bedrooms. The second area of the central body accommodates a further living area with "exposed stone" equipped with a large corner sofa and LED TV corner; a small hallway with a sofa; a bedroom with two single beds and overlooking the pool area; a bathroom with shower serving the double room; a double suite with an en-suite bathroom and overlooking the pool area. The outdoor area, animated by a well-kept green and rich vegetation, is embellished with a large wooden gazebo overlooking a dining table and a large stone seat covered with cushions of excellent workmanship. A few meters away, a wood-fired oven and a barbecue allow guests to cook outdoors in the heart of Apulian nature. The infinity pool, surrounded by a well-kept English lawn embellished with numerous light points, is beautifully embedded in the living rock that has been leveled to form a small safety area for children and comfortable seats partially immersed in the water. The resulting feeling is that the pool is an integral part of the landscape and the surrounding nature. The external camera circuit and a highly refined alarm system with private surveillance guarantee guests safety and tranquility.
