Self check-In with keypad. Spacious unit with one queen bed, one single bed, full size couch, storage bench, garment rack, and full bathroom with shower. The space is newly renovated with natural light as well as 5 recessed lights in the ceiling and one bedside lamp. Covered parking is available right next to the private entrance for convenience. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly yet close to all the happening things going on around town. The space Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig with complimentary coffee, filtered water, dishes, and silverware although no access to full kitchen. Plenty of pillows and blankets provided for a very comfortable stay. Shampoo, soap, hair dryer in unit with iron & ironing board and indoor bike rack available upon request. Guest access The entire unit / studio is for the guests. No shared space with owner. Self check-in with a keypad / door code. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE that the space does not have a t.v. although it does have strong and fast WiFi connection. Also, the driveway is a bit steep so if you have a low bearing car you may wish to park on the street. Either option is fine.
