Fully restored stone cottage, located in a quiet and peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will be seduced by the charm of the stone and the nearby sea (about 300 m walk). Also close to a small picturesque Norman port and all shops. Located in Normandy, in the Manche, a few kilometers from Cherbourg. For an area of more than 70 m2 with living room/kitchen of 30 m2 and 3 bedrooms. The space The cottage has an area of more than 70 m2. This house includes a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen of 30 m2 as well as all modern comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). On the 1st floor: - 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed (160/200), both with a dressing room. - A modern bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor: A spacious attic bedroom with a double bed and a sea view. Outside: A large courtyard with terrace and private and enclosed parking space. All equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Parking is suitable for 1–2 vehicles. If necessary, a small parking lot is located above the cottage. Non-private parking. One pet allowed (1 dog). Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Nearby: Beaches about 300 m away (including one open to dogs), nautical activities center (optimist, char and windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, etc.), indoor swimming pool. Other things to note Bed linen is included in the rental. Towels are not provided. A bath mat will be at your disposal. The cottage does not have a toaster or an oven. However, the microwave is a combined "microwave/oven"
