Private bathroom / attached Lovely big room with a private bathroom, common area and a shared kitchen. 3 blocks (7 - 10 min) from the 7 Subway line. Buses lines across street will take you to the subway or to Manhattan. A Full bed (sleep 2), wardrobe, a chair, a table, a lamp, good heating and AC. Wi-Fi Networks access (100 mb). Located in Sunnyside, one of the safest neighborhoods in NYC. In the area there are plenty of Restaurants and coffee shops among them "Starbucks" and and Dunkin' Donuts. Modern look and clean, not clogged at all in the  Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Guest access All common areas: Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms (stove, TV, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dining table) During your stay If I am in the house I'll be available in person if I am not I will have someone else who lives in the building to help you, he will be also available to check your IDs and show you around the apartment and the neighborhood if I am not when you are checking in, I also have two other family members that can help you if needed. My property has keyless entry to the house after check-in, so you can get in at any time without having to find a key. Other things to note We are conveniently located for guests coming to work in UN Headquarters (United Nations on 42 St). If you drive please park on the street, the parking is free, and you just only to observe the street cleaning regulation rules. Do not park in the driveway of the house as it is shared and the next-door owner may poll your car away. Please don't lose the keys we provide, if you lose them there will be a fee to replace them. Please clean after, if you use a dish DO NOT leave it in the sink dirty, wash it and put it to dry. Maintain the kitchen and the bathroom clean, please.
