The home can sleep 3-4 people. It has a lot more bedrooms but we are starting to sell some of the furniture in some of the bedrooms so now there is only one bedroom with a queen and one bedroom upstairs with the twin. Downstairs you will find a large bedroom with a queen bed with new memory foam mattress, and good size closet. There us a laundry room at the back of that hallway Off the kitchen there is an entrance to the first full bathroom with has a shower/tub combo. You will also see the steep staircase that ascends up to the upper level living area. In the common area up there you will find a cute twin bed and there is another bedroom with no bed for guest use since the home is listed for sale and we are staging the unit and only offering the queen and one twin bed and the couch now. Guest access the whole house and huge back yard with deck/ seating and fire pit. Other things to note don't block the neighbors driveways/street. You can park a small vehicle right in front of the house next to the porch, or park at the end of the street, or on the main street (see welcome guide when you book) Garbage day is Monday, if you are staying here during Saturday/Sunday could you please wheel the cans out to the curb on 700 South? Thanks! Our housekeeper will do it if she has a cleaning on a Saturday. We do allow responsible pet owners a dog for $15/ day added to your booking total sometime after your initial booking.
