The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet building on the outskirts of Follonica. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds; bathroom with bathtub/shower, large living room, full kitchen (new oven and refrigerator), terrace partly open and partly closed where you can find the washing machine. Possibility of having 1 cot with side rails at no additional cost. The apartment sleeps 5 and has a cot for children under 2 years of age. The space Just 10 minutes from the sea by bike. Free parking on the premises. Possibility to park your bikes in a garage. (Let me know before your arrival if you need it) The seaside is just 10 minutes away by bike. Very close to the countryside. Free parking for cars in the area. Possibility of leaving your own bikes in the host garage. Guest access Located on the second floor, but equipped with an elevator. The building has an elevator Other things to note Small dogs are allowed. It is recommended to keep them on a leash once outside the condominium. If you have bicycles, you can put them in the owners' garage. Valuable bikes can be brought into the house. Possibility to agree on prices for long periods (more than 10 nights)
