We will provide for free hand sanitizer gel to all our guests and, as soon as they are readily available on the market, disposable masks and gloves. The apartment, with independent access, is located on the first floor of a two-story building located in a panoramic area. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the terrace overlooking the lake. The property includes a big terrace with outdoor fornitures and a vegetable garden available to guests. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will have garden products at their disposal and can take advantage of private parking. Other things to note The strength of the apartment is undoubtedly its panoramic position which offers a wide view of Lake Trasimeno. It is also an excellent starting point for exploring Umbria and nearby Tuscany. The apartment is rented for a short period under the italian law Article 4 of the DL 50/2017. Upon arrival, guests must sign a simple rental contract for tourist purposes and provide the personal documents necessary to fulfill the communication to local Police.
