NEW ACCOMMODATION!! Ideal for couples, families or groups of 2-10 people. Enjoy this restored house, located in the town's old part, lovingly decorated in Nordic style, with very white lines and a touch of wood to give warmth. It has an open kitchen-dining room and a living area that connects to a nice porch and patio. There is also a large terrace on the 1st floor. It's the ideal place to explore Madrid and surrounding towns such as Chinchon or Aranjuez. The space Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, as well as an internet connection in each room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board. The dining area has an extendable table for 10 people and is open to the kitchen and living area with a fireplace. All this connects to a beautiful porch and patio with a barbecue. It has 4 bedrooms, all very bright: - SUITE ROOM: A large double room with a double bed with a built-in suite-type bathroom. It also has a single sofa bed. -BALCONY ROOM: Double room with two beds. It has a nice balcony. -MANDALA ROOM: Double room with a double bed. -SINGLE ROOM: Small room with single sofa bed. All linens and towels are provided for your stay. The house is equipped with basic items such as toilet paper, kitchen towels, hand soap, cleaning products in general... Guest access The house is not shared with other people. It can be rented for couples and use the suite room and the open dining area, kitchen and living area. The rest of the rooms will remain closed. They will be opened according to the number of guests. Guests will not have access to the boiler room. Other things to note Child safety gate on the 1st floor. A travel crib and 2 high chairs for children are available.
