At the end of the road, this comfy home offers solitude and a sweet hobbit path (though you need to climb some dunes) to beautiful Heceta Beach. Ideal for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.) The space Very comfortable cottage with lots of sunny (weather cooperating) windows and skylights. Situated on a large lot with lots of privacy in the yard. Sometimes deer and coyotes. Close to the beach (6 minutes walk via marshy path and 3 sets of tall dunes or 15 minutes via flat neighborhood streets). Short drive to Florence, with lots of fun restaurants, shops, and marina. Guest access House has books, games, and beach toys (sand saucers, kits, buckets, shovels. Garage parking usually available, lots of outside parking. Washer, dryer and very well stocked kitchen for cooking. Other things to note The house floor plan includes an upstairs loft. The upstairs bedrooms are semi-private, but are open to downstairs living area (if your fellow guests grind coffee at 5 a.m. they may draw complaints). The upstairs bathroom is private. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are private.
