A very cozy studio apartment with a new renovation. Located in a modern area on the 6th floor of a ten-story building. The elevator is a freight elevator. Optima shopping center, Planeta shopping center are within a walking distance. The Siberia International Exhibition and Business Center is 10 minutes away. There is a large glazed balcony. Sleeping places: bed and sofa bed in the room (sleeping places 160*200) and a folding sofa in the kitchen (sleeping place 120*195) The bathroom is separate. The space A wide bed, with a chic orthopedic mattress of medium hardness, 160*200cm. The corner sofa is easy to unfold. It is also very comfortable for sleeping, soft and quiet. Interior pillows add comfort and coziness. The room also has multi-level lighting. Sleeping arrangements: double bed and double sofa bed in the room and a foldable soft corner in the kitchen (sleeping place 120*195 cm) In the hallway there is a desk with a cabinet, a wardrobe. Bathroom and toilet are separate. For storing personal belongings in the room there is a cabinet and a dresser, in the hallway there is a sliding-door closet with shelves and a bar with hangers. In the kitchen you will find a full set of dishes for cooking and serving, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, a small French press for coffee and a kettle for brewing tea. There is also tea, coffee, salt and sugar. The cooking surface is induction. Behind the wardrobe there is a door to the dressing room. You can put your suitcases and other large luggage here. There is also a first aid kit and a set of threads and needles on the shelves. If you are traveling with a small child, the apartment has a high chair (Ikea), a toilet seat, a potty and children's dishes. On request we can provide a folding baby cot with a changing table. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony. Other things to note No smoking in the apartment! Please keep quiet from 10pm to 8am. The floor is laminated, if anything spills, please do not leave it on the floor, the cabinet has all the cleaning equipment. If you break any of the dishes, please don't buy a replacement. Give me the cost (it's not much) and I'll decide what to do myself. :)
